Our soft wash and pressure washer systems are custom built for commercial & residential cleaning use, keeping surfaces looking clean without having the harsh effects that come with high pressure washing as soft wash equipment uses low pressure, high volume chemical cleaning on many surface types.
These systems include gas, electric or air driven diaphram pumps, combined with a proportioner manifold and mixing tanks that distribute soap, bleach, degreasers, and rust removers.

Flex-Tech’s soft wash hose is used in house-washing equipment and roof cleaning equipment to safely remove mildew, bacteria, algae and other organic stains from roofs, and other fragile building exteriors like stucco and shingles.

Special high flow metering valves designed to give you full performance and no restriction on the pump even when running low SH %.
Bypass setup for gas pumps included allowing you to run in bypass with the solution recirculating for approx. 5-10 minutes max.
